Swimming Lessons in Suffolk

Start early with mother and baby classes, lots of songs and games. Progress to pre-school lessons from 3 years old, no mum. At 4 years old you can start beginners classes after school. Then its improvers, stroke development until advanced classes. See below for Class Times and venues.

	Encouraging children to enjoy swimming and to use it as a means of exercise for life
	Programmes based around the ASA National Teaching Plan with recognised standards of skill achievement

Structure of the lesson

	30 Minutes long
	Class sizes small, max 6-8, 10 mother & baby
	All Teachers ASA trained to Level 2
	Classes in Suffolk and also Essex Borders

Class Times

All classes are half an hour, a course is 12 weeks, cost £72

Monday	5.00pm	Improvers class building confidence and strokes
Monday	5.00pm	Stroke development class perfecting the 4 strokes
